EMS

If you (a member of BCVFD) have been exposed to blood or bodily fluids you need to let your commanding officer know as soon as possible. They will assist you in walking through the necessary steps to complete the exposure form and submit it. As per BCVFD protocol, your commanding officer, Medical officer, Chief, and Medical Director all must be contacted. If you have questions or need help, please reach out to any commanding officer.

If you (a member of BCVFD) have encountered an issue such as a breach of protocol, patient care concern, or other EMS instance you feel should be reported, please contact the Chief and/or Medical Officer. Any reported issue or concern must be brought to the attention of the Chief, Medical Officer, and Medical Director.

If you are not associated with BCVFD and would like to request run reports, records, EMS information, or ask for anything else related to EMS, please contact us through the website, by mail, or by phone. State the nature of your request and we will get back with you.
